๐น 1. Visa Application Form
- Completed and signed Japan visa application form (download from the Japanese Embassy website).
- One recent passport-size photo (4.5cm ร 4.5cm, white background, taken within 6 months).
- All sections must be filled โ do not leave blanks (write โN/Aโ if not applicable).
๐น 2. Passport
- Original passport (valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay).
- At least two blank visa pages.
- Photocopy of the biodata page (and any previous Japan visas if applicable).
๐น 3. Residence / Legal Status in Thailand
- Copy of Thai visa and work permit (for non-Thai nationals).
- Copy of Thai ID card (if applicable).
- Copy of TM.6 departure card and residence certificate (if available).
๐น 4. Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
- Issued by the Immigration Bureau of Japan.
- The COE is the most important document for a work visa.
- Must be the original (or PDF/electronic version if approved online by employer).
- It should match your intended job and sponsoring company.
๐น 5. Employment Documents (From Japan Employer)
- Letter of Employment / Job Offer (with position, salary, and duration).
- Company Registration Certificate (็ป่จ็ฐฟ่ฌๆฌ) or copy.
- Company Profile / Brochure (optional but helpful).
- Guarantee Letter (่ช็ดๆธ) signed by employer.
- Invitation Letter (ๆ่็็ฑๆธ) explaining the need for the applicant.
- Schedule of Stay in Japan (ๆปๅจไบๅฎ่กจ).

- University degree(s), diplomas, or relevant training certificates.
- Employment certificates from previous employers.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English or Japanese.
- Translations into English or Japanese if documents are in other languages.

- Recent bank statement (3โ6 months).
- Payslips or income proof from current job.
- Tax certificates (if applicable).

- Copy of flight booking (optional โ do not buy ticket before visa approval).
- Accommodation confirmation or company-provided housing details.
- Any additional documents required by the Japanese Embassy in Bangkok.

If applying together (spouse/children):
- Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificates.
- Proof of relationship translated into English or Japanese.
- Family memberโs COE or dependent visa documents.
